Very disappointed!!! – I have had nothing but problems with this phone. I bought it because it was supposed to take great photos. I am having trouble trying to get the photos onto my laptop and it doesn’t work. I am now running out of memory, but I don’t want to delete all of my photos. I would NOT recommend this phone!!!

Very Happy I go this. – Purchased this for the Octa-Core processor. For $55 there’s no better phone in terms of CPU speed (that I know of). Just wanted a smartphone to hear music and read e-books but noticed it was actually better than my old Galaxy J7:

2gb ram is not 4gb ram – I liked that it was clean and new however I was displeased that it is a 2gb ram not 4 as advertised I cant a Ford to go without a phone long enough to return and buy a new one but I strongly suggest you fix the advertising of 4gb ram cause if I had time and money I would push the issue

Su precio – Insatisfecho ya que necesitaba un celular que estuviese desbloqueado para enviarlo fuera del país (y de hecho lo busqué en celulares desbloqueados para america latina) ahora el teléfono está en venezuela y resulta que no está desbloqueado y que tampoco se puede desbloquear. Cuando uno busca algo con algunas especificaciones no tendrían que redirigir a lo que ustedes quieren que uno compre. Si no facilitar para uno comprar lo que en realidad necesita. Un sacrificio tirado a la basura.

Works just like I expected it to. – I bought this to use sort of as a mini tablet. I connect to wifi or a hotspot. I also downloaded all my purchases on google music and can use it as a music player in my car or house. It does everything I need it to. In the future I wouldn’t mind buying a j3 orbit or something similar if I could find one that works on my carrier. The only thing that would stop me is that my job I have to have a smart phone. And I need it to be waterproof (which this is not) plus I am spoiled by wireless charging. (Current “real” phone is an s8. But if I were in a pinch most definitely as a backup until I got what I needed…. again if I could find it for my carrier or at least factory unlocked).

Was able to transfer to Tracfone – I am very satisfied with my purchase (so far). I am a current customer with Tracfone and already had a phone and number with them for over 5 years. My old phone died and I really wanted to buy the J3 Orbit but keep my tracfone service. Since their plans fit my budget and I didn’t care for Total Wireless plans. I know that Total Wireless is owned or affiliated with Tracfone but wasn’t sure if they would let me transfer this new phone to Tracfone. Well,l I just tried it and it works!

It’s not a bad phone really – Say what you want but we had this phone for 2 years and beat it to death. It fell off my lap more than I used it for calls and prior to the one I just bought it never updated. Regardless it had been thrown, dropped from pockets and once the screen shattered bc my wife got her little attitude and threw it to the floor. I made her keep it for a whole year on a shattered glass flaking off, barely able to sense your fingers but it worked w/o any issues until finally on a fit of irritation it got twisted till it no longer cracked to pieces and re purchased the same one for the fact it was a cheap trooper.

Awesome TW phone for the price! – First I have to state that I’m not a “power” phone user. I just like a phone that works good, for a good price. I had a Galaxy S6 before this, and while it was just fine for my purposes but it had a lot of features I didn’t need and the battery life was horrible. So, I replaced it with this J3 Orbit and I’m totally impressed by this phone. On Total Wireless, this is a great choice for a 5″ phone which is my preference. On the other hand, if I wanted a 5.5″ phone I’d wait for the next version if the Galaxy J7 (should be called the J7 Crown), or maybe get the unlocked Moto G6.
