Did what I bought it for – I got this phone so I could communicate with my husband while out of town and have a way to call 911. I have never never owned a cell phone before, only a land line. This phone did what I bought it for, and also allowed me store information about restaurants and transit near my hotel in NYC, check the weather and the news, and send e-mails. I liked that the flip design protected the screen (not a touch screen) and that the phone fit easily into my pocket. I did not use the camera function, but am sure it would have worked. Total Wireless says I can let its service lapse and re-instate it the next time I need a portable phone, which is what I intend to do. I am very satisfied with this product.
