Purchase advice :
-
Warranty :
Check the duration of the warranty and also the faults and defects it covers. Is it complete or limited? and What is included in the warranty (parts, repairs or both)?
-
Shipping :
Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)
-
Proof of purchase :
Does the shop give you an invoice ?
-
After-sales service :
Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

Don’t buy or use this phone after 2022!! – good budget phone for the $60 or so that I paid. I picked it up to use for music and offline maps/GPS in my UTV- so not actually using with with tracphone service. I wanted to use a tablet but most of them don’t have GPS in them and I wanted a cheap device with a large display. One thing to note- out of the box this needed many OS updates and I was getting a ghost touch issue. The photo shows a touch screen test app I used to confirm the phone was receiving input besides my touch. During my troubleshooting it seemed it was a software issue so I did a factory reset (updates remain after being installed) and started loading my apps again and it seemed to solved the problem. One thing I did find in my research is that Motorola will not be updating the version of android they released with this phone and will only be doing the minimum number of security updates which is only 2 years which is why it’s so cheap. Since this model was released in 2020 that means after 2022 this phone will no longer receive updates and will not be secure – I don’t recommend using it for anything you would need security such as online banking. As I mentioned I will only be using this for music and offline maps so that’s not a issue for me, but something you should consider since the low price makes this appear to be deal.

Somewhat complicated. Need to get to know – For anyone looking for a really basic phone….just know this one is more complicated. It’s necessary to get to know and understand how this phone’s features work. I love the Hello Moto ringtone.

Not a Samsung. – I do not like the constant notification of news.

Decent – I needed this phone just to act like a controller for Spotify as an Uber driver.. The phone itself is pretty snappy and fast, I’ve uninstalled nearly all the apps though so I can’t comment on multiple app usage, but for what I need it for, it’s a pretty fast and snappy phone. Display is decent, albeit the display colors are a tad off. I haven’t used the camera so can’t comment on that, but if I needed a prepaid phone, I’d say this one isn’t all that bad 🙂

TracFone still a viable work smartphone – let me open by saying this is a low cost budget smartphone but it gets the job done quite well not as fast as the latest iPhone is still fully capable.

Great working and CHEAP smart phone! – Im really impressed with how well this cheap phone works. The battery life is excellent! Everything on it works as it should. No issues at all with it. I’ve had it for a few months and it does exactly like it’s supposed to. The camera in not the best I’ve ever seen but what could you expect on a phone this cheap. If you are looking for a great working cheap phone this is the one.
