Great phone – Great phone arrived undamaged and a day earlier having problems activating it with a carrier will update review if find out how to connect simple mobile to phone and after using it for a while

One heavy phone. – It’s heavy but is it rugged? Jury is still out. The first time it fell, it suffered damage. I was filling out paperwork on a wall next to the stairs for a job we just completed. Without going in to too much detail, I accidently bumped it with my elbow and it fell about 8ft onto carpeted stairs. To make matters worse, it landed on its side jamming the PTT button inside the phone. (What are the odds?) I tried to pry the button loose with my knife but to no avail. The charging port was also damaged from the fall so the battery doesn’t charge reliably and for some reason Google chrome started locking up/crashing after this incident. However, the device for the most part still works. A few days later, the display went dark. I will send it in for repairs sometime this week. I will let you guys know how customer service handles this. To be continued…

Good phones, good service. – Upon receiving my phones I learned that my 4G sims were not compatible with these 5G phones. However, the customer service to assist in navigating this issues was prompt, professional and the rep was knowledgeable. Magnificent customer service!My issue was resolved and I am happy with my purchase.

Kick ass phone and the facts about Verizon compatability – First off, great phone. Having had a Kyocera DuraForce Pro for several years, this phone kicks it’s ass. Leap years ahead in performance and at about half the price. This phone delivers on all of the hype! I work in the construction trade and this thing sees the worst of weather, dust, dirt, water, and physical abuse. I try not to laugh when the other guys whip out their busted screen phones or cry to me about how they can’t get their iPhone X fixed for free due to abuse. And the 5000mAhr battery- holy crap, this thing will run all day and then some without a charge. This thing is a BEAST!
