I Returned This – This phone worked great in most respects except one: it would not answer calls sometimes. The phone had fully up to date software, I repeatedly verified all settings, restarted the phone multiple times, and tried my SIM card in a different device to verify it was not a service issue and yet the phone would ring sometimes and not others. It simply would not answer calls unless it was in the mood to do so, which was about 1/3 of the time, despite indicating a strong 4g signal. I also noticed the phone seemed a bit muffled on calls and the volume control seemed to only have about four settings. I previously owned an Umidigi Bison and had no problems with it so maybe I just got a dud this time. Like most people, I need a working phone so I returned this unreliable one once I established it was not working properly.

Nice big screen! – I wanted a phone with a really big screen that I could watch TV shows and videos on while being discreet. This Umidigi A13 Pro is good for those things and more. The resolution is good for my requirements. The performance is really good and it’s at a reasonable price. Apps launch quickly and the phone doesn’t bog down when a lot of apps are running in the background. I like the programmable button feature. I set it to turn on/off the flashlight. The sound quality during calls is nice and clear. The speaker is good for watching videos, but I still use Bluetooth earbuds. Another bonus is the long-lasting battery (many hours of use) and the phone is very good quality. I feel you can’t go wrong with this phone. I’m happy with my purchase.

Great phone for the money – Thia does work well and takes good pictures..its as fast as i need internet pages load quick.Thia does work with boost mobile you just have to add the correct apn for boost.look it up a little time and you will have a good dependable phone

More great features than you’d expect at this price – I’ve had a couple of Umidigi phones. I’ve always been surprised at how fantastic they are for the price. The A13 pro is no exception. I play location based games which tend to push some phones to their limits. The A13 pro has no problem with my games. With 128gb rom it has plenty of room to hold a ridiculous amount of apps. The 6gb of ram keep things running smoothly. I use Mint Mobile and it works great; don’t forget to set the APN. I’ve never had a phone with FM radio before. I always buy matte screen protectors for my phones but this has matte glass. I’m very pleased with the A13 pro.

Buyer Beware – Don’t write reviews often, but I had nothing but problems w/ this phone. Constantly lost gps signal, could only receive “some” text messages. Had to reboot 2-3 times a day just to use Chrome and make phone calls. Would randomly go into “Do not Disturb” mode for some reason. Returned and bought the TCL 30XL from amazon. I’ve only had that phone for a couple of days, but so far can highly recommend. Much more fluid/user friendly – and the 2 speaker out is soooo much better. – (and no this is not a TCL AD 😉 – just someone that was COMPLETELY frustrated w/ the A13 Pro experience).

Good phone for the money. – Love that it came with a case and screen protector, just wish the screen protector was tempered glass not just a film. Fingerprint sensor works great, pretty good signal, display is sharp but takes up a lot of battery. If you use your phone moderately like me the battery charge should last about a day and a half to two days. Seller shipped on time and I had no problems at all with them.

good inexpensive phone. – This phone has exceptional features for thed money. It is my third Umidigi. The first 2 (F2 and A9) had battery failures after about 17 months, but I got another because of the value and features. Battey replacement is possible but not simple. Transfer of my info from the A9 was extremely simple. I think the A13 is a good choice.
