So glad to have a qwerty keyboard – I was so happy to finally find a qwerty keyboard as I hate the flat screen of the smart phones. I literally had gone back to a flip phone until I found this. There were so many questions if Verizon would take this on an existing account, etc. I did go to Verizon and they wouldn’t accept it, so finally an Amazon customer wrote in, plus the manufacturer wrote to me that we could do our own sim card switch from an existing phone. I was just getting to learn everything (so many features), but enjoying the keyboard. Somehow it ended on the top of my car without knowing it and I turned a corner and saw it fly off in the rear view mirror. It got ran over twice that I watched, but maybe another time. Obviously I killed it, but the glass did not break. Now just trying to decide if I want to purchase another, but sure did like it while I had it. I was a little heavier than the thin phones, but definitely beefier also.

As I expected – Not to big. A little to much heavy.

    3. L. P (verified owner)

Requires manual configuration for service providers. – More than a few folks are returning their phones after not finding a cell carrier that will support this model.

    4. B. C (verified owner)

Almost perfect. – Edit : I am upgrading to 5 stars after living with the phone a couple days.

Small screen sometimes sqewes picture. Good phone otherwise – This phone is sturdy & has nice heft. I dropped it twice so far & not a dent yet. So far the keyboard works great but I don’t use keys for shortcuts so I can’t evaluate that. Using keys for numbers or symbols is a slight pain so I use the screen keyboard for those, which is also a pain. Screen is small, which I don’t mind until I’m trying to click on it & have trouble hitting the right spot. Maybe I’ll get a stylus. Sudoku on this tiny screen is a bother, but doable. Small screen sometimes sqewes picture. I LOVE HAVING A PHYSICAL KEYBOARD AGAIN! Sound is a bit tinny especially when volume is up. Some calls & videos are really loud, which is good, but some not so much. You can always hear with this speaker. Clarity is good as well so far. YouTube images are good but I’m not so particular. Pictures are clear & nice, not perfect, & I think the color is a bit off. Not sure. Overall a very good phone for a very good price. I hope it lasts long this way. The battery is not the biggest on the market but this phone apparently doesn’t use much power since I can get away with charging every other day when I don’t use it a lot.

Tough & a Great Minimal Option – This is a great phone if you want the conveniences that a smartphone has to offer, but you don’t want to be tempted to be on your phone all the time. The screen size is great for getting the info that you need, but it’s not a pleasant screen resolution or shaped big enough to keep me on my phone, which is a HUGE plus. It’s a phone and communication device. I have no social media or email apps downloaded for minimal distractions. I occasionally use Google Maps and I use Spotify daily. This phone has helped me kick my smartphone addiction. The physical keys are fantastic for texting. It’s not as fast as texting on a smartphone, but since my goal is to be on my phone less, this is not an issue for me.
