Not able to make calls – Many times phone did not allow placing calls on t-mobile network. Had to restart the phone. A pain. Want my full money back without restcking fee as this is a failure of the phone. Warraty should cover it. Dont want another of same variety. Seller should refund restoocking fee.

I don’t know yet I haven’t hooked it up yet.. – I’m not sure yet I haven’t hooked it up yet but I talked to my TracFone service and thay said it wasn’t unlocked and was thru a different service but I’m not sure. I do no I really like that I can switch between my service providers because it can take 2 different simcards so I hope I like it also it’s a difficult size phone to find a real good case for I guess because of the size or something…

Don’t buy – Ok I bought this from Amazon. It worked on t-mobile network for 2 months, then I could ONLY make outgoing calls. Text messages/ picture mail would always respond with the receiving number has “blocked your message” after the 2nd month, even when I send them to my personal phone. Now the battery would last 3 days no calls in or out. Battery life is great. Now I’m waiting to see if it will work on “mint Mobile ” yes this is the dual sim card and dedicated SD card slot. My primary reason on buying it.
