Takes great pics – Freezes up…..sometimes slow but maybe I need to check for updated software. Overall a great phone for the money

Came damaged – The package came damaged. At first I thought it was just the box but upon further inspection the battery is very obviously bent. However the battery did still charge and the phone did still come on and it was just what my grandma needed.

It Works – This phone is an older model phone, so I feel it should have been a bit cheaper than what I paid. However, I needed a phone fast and it works well and does what I need it to do. It arrived quickly and was easy to activate with my plan, so I was satisfied. But I will be upgrading eventually.

Great phone – The only problem I had were the updates that Motorola kept pushing through repeatedly non-stop to the point I got suspicious of the many requests for a “security update”, that I had to call Verizon to bring up the issue. The updates were legit, but it would have helped if the updates came in a single lump sum package and not 10 security updates, one after the other for three days.
