Not Everything It’s Advertised – I love this phone. Had this brand phone before and loved it. Wanted to get this phone again, because I knew it was good. And it’s still a good phone. BUT, the phone came in a box that look like they had dug it out of the garbage. Still, the phone was in good condition, so I’m not a Karen. But the phone was bubble wrapped and the screen protector was definitely not new. So we’re definitely not getting NEW phones. It’s in “NEW” condition though…so…and it does NOT come with an SD card. I didn’t need one and the phone is in great condition. So, all things considered. I really just took 2 stars off for the false advertisement.

Worth every dollar spent!! – I love everything about this cell phone. This is the second time I’ve owned this same cell phone. Someone actually stole my other one about two years after I purchased it. I would definitely chose this over an iPhone anyday!

NO SIM CARD INCLUDED – I have no idea how the phone works as I purchased this phone and specifically made sure a SIM card was included as I needed to use the phone as soon as I received it, and no sim was included. I popped the trey out and it is empty. Nothing in the package other than the tool to open the compartment. Very disappointing for close to $100.00.
