Incredibly Disappointing – I am a huge Blackberry fan. This one has sold out to Google and the features I’ve always loved about Blackberry have taken a back seat. In addition, the phone did not work properly when it arrived. I came to find out later that it had a hairline fracture in the screen that couldn’t be seen when I contacted them. Now, I’m stuck with it. I want a REAL Blackberry!

I have always loved Blackberry, but am disappointed with this phone… – I love Blackberry and was looking forward to using the Key2. I am disappointed and returning this phone because I do not believe this phone was new when I bought it…if it was, then there are clearly problems. When I received the phone you can see the blemish on the bottom left-hand facing corner, but I thought if the phone worked as well as I was expecting it to, I would have overlooked it. The final straw that led me to return it is that the battery doesn’t hold the charge for nearly long enough and due to that, I believe this phone is used and perhaps that is why the phone will not remain charged. All I know is after trying and trying, I am done. Returning the phone. Wish it had worked out better – would love to have a great Blackberry phone again.

Excellent for BlackBerry for 2019!!!!!! – I have not used a Blackberry since the curve. this is a big upgrade for me. Apple and Samsung charge too much for a phone this beats the price. Phone runs on Android OS 8.1. Screen size is 4.5 which makes it smaller for a smart phone. It is workable. Watching shows or videos are in landscape mode which seems squeezed in but again, it is decent. Batter life is awesome I can literally charge my phone before bed and wake up to a full battery with Wi-Fi on. Keyboard is excellent and has a fingerprint scanner for the spacebar which is used to unlock the phone. With the speed key you can set up apps to open with one push of a button (example. Pressing letter i opens Instagram) camera is ok give it a 3 out 5. If you are a student or business individual this is a must have. I’m allowed to work done offline on hw assignments and gets saved to Google drive. If you desire a phone with physical keyboard this is a must have for 2019 and yet affordable. Overall a phone is mainly used for call and text. I do not mind being an underdog compared to Apple or Samsung. Affordable phone for Android lovers. I hope with future BlackBerry phones they can make it again like the Priv so we can have more screen size.
