    Like new!! Just as advertised! – Loving this phone so far! Was worried it would not work with my carrier (T-Mobile), as so many of the reviews complained of the phone being locked. But I have had no problem so far. Phone is working great! Can’t tell that it is refurbished at all. Looks and behaves brand new.

    Horrible battery life – Works well except battery. Feel it was “refurbished” with non factory parts as battery life is only 4 hours in use or about 10-12 hours if not in use. My old 3XL had a battery life of well over 24 hours so I know it’s not the 3XL battery. Besides that overall good phone, takes excellent photos.

    Sold as unlocked but it wasn’t. – I like the phone but had a few problems. I first plugged it in to charge and when I came back a few hours later I found out it didn’t charge. Turned out to be a faulty cable. It was sold as an unlocked phone but it’s not unlocked. The toggle is grayed out. Tried everything to try and unlock it but couldn’t get it to unlock. I’ll try a third cable today and if that doesn’t work I’ll return it for an unlocked phone.
