Is a chip ip 12 pro – I bought this unlock cell back in June 18 for a gift I send it to my nice in México, until now they telling me is not working properly, too slow having problems to download programs u name it an another words is useless I’m traveling on 4th of August to México and bring it with me I wonder if you take back and give me store credit I’ll be back on the 25 of August I hope you can help me, thanks

Not something American people should buy – Bought this phone (knowing it was not an iPhone) but hoping it would still be a good phone . Unfortunately it is not compatible with any of the major US carriers, ( T-mobile, Sprint , ATT or Verizon every Straight talk) which mean it is completely unusable in the USA! Please save your self the trouble don’t buy this phone !!
