Quit working within a week – I’ve had this phone before, and love it. However, this one worked less than a week. In the past, I’ve always gotten the phone straight from the AT&T store without any issues. I ordered this one through Amazon, and apparently something was off with the SYM card. AT&T had to send me another one, and that had issues as well. Nothing but headaches.

Good deal.. – There is nothing I particularly dislike about this phone. I bought it to replace the Pheonix 3 because the charging port wore out. These phones do everything I require at a good price and lasts a long time. Manufacture should design a way to insert new charging ports when they wear out and they’d be golden, for I would pay much more for a phone with such features…

DO NOT BUY, ITS A LIE. Not as advertised by usa sim solutions. – Waste of $211 from this seller. I purchased this item as a replacement for another pheonix 4 that i broke. i really liked the pheonix 4 enough to buy another. Im hard on things so i bought 2. This item was Sold as being for AT&T, but when the phone started up, i was greeted with “cricket wireless”. this is not the same phone. This cricket version is missing a lot of features: no voice to text. Most of the apps are outdated and wont even launch, or update. Not to mention that upon activating, the first thing i recieve is a message from AT&T notifying me that their network is updated and the phone im trying to activate will not function. Heres the message.

As described, functions and is easy to use but… – It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be. I have not purchased a phone in a while and I had actually thought I had gotten a deal. I found the same phone, inside a grocery store, for less than half the price a week later. This is NOT a complaint. It’s my fault for not doing more research on phones both online and in store. I had also purchased this phone to use, mostly, for playing Pokemon go, with my Mom and it is very slow. I don’t think this phone supports the game well. There is no fingerprint recognition, which also in NOT a complaint. But if you are looking for that sort of detail, this is not the phone for you. Mom is happy though. So there’s that! She does not mind the phone being slow and it will do for now but I will be looking for a device that support the game a little bit better. Keep in mind I am not complaining. It is very well built, as described and is very easy to use. Just if you are looking for a spare device for a second POGO account, this one might not be the right fit. 🙂

What the fed ex guy allowed.. – I would give a give start but when I paid a little more for this phone then it actually is in Wal-Mart. The sim card that came with the phone I was told was disconnected?? So I could not activate it without a sim card!! Then I wasnt offered a replacement sim card. I went through alot just to get a sim card because the at&t store will not sell them unless you buy a $45.00 prepaid card which i already had bought a $35.00 prepaid card so I finally found a card At the pawn shop. And also the fed ex guy that dilivered my package allowed someone whos name was NOT ON MY PACKAGE open up my package. Then bring me a open package . really upset me .

Easy to use – I found this phone easy to use. I was able to transfer my information from my old phone without a problem. It connects to any AT&T wifi automatically after sign in and allows me to use the phone as a handheld computer. I mostly use it to listen to audiobooks and to read ebooks but it functions well as a phone and to text. At the price this was a fabulous purchase.

Great phone – Love this phone. It can do everything I need it to do for a very tiny price. People my age (65) have expensive phones that they don’t even know how to use. Spend 100s on goofy plans while I pay $40 a month for better service. This is my 4 phone like this and it has never disappointed me over the years. I play games, use gps, facebook, email, duo, Marco polo… been all over the USA and used this phone. The only thing I found it could not do, maybe I have to get an app, was scan a menu at a restaurant. I recommend to all

Very nice phone for the price. – I am very pleased with this phone. I am using it with the AT&T one year prepaid plan and was required to use a AT&T phone. I was a little miffed at first, but this phone is nice (and less troublesome) compared to my old BLU 5.0. It is sufficient for my needs and easy to hold. It also has a replaceable battery so I can carry a spare battery. Ordered a leather wallet holder for 10 USD. Would recommend it for the cost saving consumer wanting to use a prepaid phone.
