      – Just received this new phone and found that the charging plug is not for UK use but for Europe only. There was no sim card tray tool or any documentation regarding warranties etc or starter instruction booklet. There is nothing wrong with the phone and meets my expectations as per the advertised descriptions. I am still trying to contact Amazon to replace this wrong power plug they should make it clear on their web page that this phone shipped from the EU and not the UK.

      – I’ve been using this phone for a few months now (I didn’t want to review immediately as phones are always at their best straight out the box) but it’s still performing great, the battery lasts all day even with heavy usage/playing games. Having swapped from an older android it took a while to get used to the new android controls but they’re second nature now. The camera isn’t the best but is very good outside in daylight. All in all not bad at all for the price!
