Wast of money – I ordered tow of them. It’s very slow n most of the time the screen is frozen.

Very User unfriendly – Pure and simple this phone sucks. It’s not user intuitive in the least bit. Wont make the mistake of purchasing this or similar styled product again. I used it for one day, pulled the sim card and memory chip back out it and received amazing satisfaction by smashing the POS with a sledgehammer. Whomever the engineering team was for this garbage would best be assigned in other function which has nothing to do with phones.

Bought two, both didn’t work properly – Bought two of these for my kids. From day one, one didn’t work. The phone did not produce sound. People could hear me talking but I could not hear them. Returned it, and the replacement had the same problem. After a week, the other phone developed the same problem. So, three out of three phones had to be sent back.
