GOOD SOLID CELL PHONE! – I had no issue setting this phone up on the T Mobile network. All connectivity features work, the camera takes clear photos and video. This cell phone is tough and rugged for us that work in harsh environments.

Not Compatible on Listed Networks – Well the description said that it was compatible on my network (cricket) and we’ll boy was I surprised when I couldn’t activate it. They just lying in the description so don’t buy the device. Larger waste of money than a glass nail.

loose charging port – After just 13 weeks the charging port is loose. It does not charge consistently because the cable cannot be moved even a millimeter without the charging being disrupted. It also never charges fast now even when its not gently nudged. I have not received any reply from Oukitel support. Please do not buy this phone because the support is completely absent.

I was premature on giving this phone a thumbs up….. Do not buy it!!!! – At first it worked good. The T-Mobile crew in Newport worked for over an hour trying to get it to connect. Once I left the store it wouldn’t connect to the internet. That was Sunday the 20th of Feb. I spent 2 hours with the T-Mobile tech tonight 2-23-22 (I must say he was very pleasant) At that time he decided to get back with me in a few days after consulting with other tech’s. Meanwhile I decided to do a factory reset and as of tonight IT will still NOT connect to the internet. Not very impressed with this WP13 to my first WP5….

It sucks!!!!!!!!! – Bought this for the 5g, and that part I’d good. However,the camera is slow to focus, the protective cover for the type-c porthas snapped off, and the battery is A JOKE.

Ok phone – This is a great phone, EXCEPT two important things. I’ve owned this phone for about a year and the battery is already having trouble holding a charge. Also, the receptor port for the charging cord has a poor, weak connection. I’ve even had to try several different highly rated cords, but even with the best one, it has consistently proven to be the connection inside the phone as the cause. I have to babysit my phone when it’s charging in case I need to tap lightly on the cord to regain the connection.

Battery is really Bad. – This phone is supossed to have long lasting battery, this is the first day of using it and charge twice un the same day. I do not want to even check the waterproof or shockproof. If the battery is so bad and the advertising is a lie, maybe the other features are too. I am very dissapointed.

Glass broken less than 1 month – I purchased the phone on 3/18/22, on 4/17/22 I looked down and saw the glass on the back was shattered. I have no idea how it happened. I purchased this because it was supposed to be a tough phone. This one didn’t last long enough to see a tough day.
