Create all around phone unfortunately, like the K9, it drops Wi-Fi connection – In general it’s a cool phone but like my Oukitel k9, my most important everyday used work app doesn’t upload my work information in orders while I’m on the job site… I always have to restart my Wi-Fi connection or reboot the phone completely for it to fulfill my work orders etc. And I’m not uploading very much probably under 80 megabytes at best. Just a couple text forms and a picture or two.

Absolutely does NOT work on Total Wireless which sits on Verisons network. – I ordered this phone on a Wednesday, and it was not even sent until the following Monday!! although it was ~in stock. That was annoying to say the least.

Closing an open app? Good luck – Closing open apps?… this is the hardest thing to do on this phone! Google assistant wont stop coming up most of the time instead.. VERY FRUSTRATING also on the bulky side probably won’t fit pockets or small purses well

Started having problems with phone calls, people I am talking to suddenly cannot hear me. After several emails to OUKITEL, they sent me a microphone from China. I found instructions on you tube of course. The procedure for opening the phone requires baking the phone in an oven at xxx degrees for xx minutes. Which of course would cancel the warranty and ruin the hermetic seal. Warranty repair was finally offered, it required that I send the phone to an address in Baltimore. After looking at Google street view of the address, decided not to spend any money on shipping. Bought a different phone which has been fantastic. Using the WP17 as a door stop.
