      Not 4G or 5G – Please pay attention to purchase this phone make sure to read the description and check out all the details before making any purchase that was my mistake I did not check out the details and therefore I got this phone which is sort of like a dud because it’s a great starter phone however if you travel a lot or depending on the coverage in your area and what cell towers are like and your CDMA or GSM coverage or whatever you gotta find out what providers are compatible with this phone this is a GSM phone so I had to get an app to force this phone to 4G compatibility because it’s only 2G and 3G and that’s just horrible for today’s standards so I return this phone because it wasn’t good enough for what I needed it for just to make sure that if you are purchasing this phone it is for someone who doesn’t travel a lot who is connected to Wi-Fi most of the time who doesn’t need intense cell coverage who can get phone calls at any given moment this is not a good phone for someone who has to stay connected all of the time through phone calls or text messages and sending picture messages. I had to purchase an app and also I got one for free but then I had purchased a second one which was meant to intensify the cell tower coverage but that still did not work so if you are heavy on texting, calling, sending picture messages and voice messages through your phones messaging app this phone may not be the phone for you however it is still a great device is just not one meant for the avid caller or texter picture messenger and audio messenger through your phones messaging app not through any other app but for your cell coverage.

I have many friends in the area there and this gives me a number in their area and makes it easier to communicate with them. I also have been using it here in the US with my Mint Mobile sim card and it is reliable for my purposes. I do not use much data or online or streaming, etc. Mostly just calls and texts and I have no complaints. Pretty standard Samsung layout so it is familiar and the battery life is good for me.
