I like the phone but the description says unlocked and my phone is locked – The phone came locked, which is a big inconvenience since k bought it for my business sim.

Not Unlocked(compatible) – We purchased this for my son last yr as unlocked for all carriers to use as wifi phone until high school. I just went and tried to activate it for Verizon to put him on our plan. THIS PHONE WILL NOT WORK on Verizon network. Went to the store and was told it isn’t compatible. What! Was told I had to get another phone to add him to our plan.

Better than expected – UPDAT3: I unfortunately had to send this back because the screen started glitching like it was being touched, I hadn’t dropped it or done anything in anyway to make it behave that way,, I now have a galaxy a12 through cricket.. I had a galaxy a02s that was constantly kicking me out of apps over storage being full even though I had an SD card in it, anyways I decided to buy this phone and was 99% sure I was going to have to return it but nope! It works so smoothly, it’s sleek, finger print scanner is quick and one of my favorite parts. I go through boost mobile for my service, I saw some reviews said they could pop in their Sim card and it worked perfectly, that wasn’t the case for me. I had to take mine to the store and have them use a code for it to work but it didn’t take long and wasn’t a hassle compared to the price and quality of this phone. I am so so happy with this purchase.
