Decent Smart Phone – I’m new to Android. This is my back up (Straight Talk) phone. I’m used to Nokia Lumia Windows 8.1 phones. It processes my hotmail emails really sluggishly (deletions and refreshes), yet flies with Gmail. Also, quicker with my AOL and Yahoo email processing than with my hotmail. Phone runs hot while navigating w/google maps.

Samsung phone – I like the phone but I am having a problem with how the charging cable fits into the phone. It doesn’t seem like it fits properly. The vendor who sells it are very nice and they sent me a second charger but the fit is the same. I will bring it to Verizon and ask them if they think it’s the charger or the phone. This is my first smartphone and it really gives me everything I need. I use it mostly with wifi and it’s a simple phone to figure out.

Delivery Prrocess and Not actual prpduct expected to receive – Delivery service communications were very bad and inconsistent info. NO Sim card & no paperwork identifying phone, instructions, NO insurance paperwork, etc.IF delivery knocked, NO knock was heard/home waiting for delivery…saw box ?4 hrs later on hallway floor. VERY disappointing, unsatisfied, and stressful experience!!!
