I love this phone! – I upgraded to the S10 from the S7 edge. My only issues have nothing to do with the seller of the phone, but the company making the phones. I love the new S10, but there are just some things that are genius and should be left alone. For instance, being able to preschedule texts is freaking genius. Why would you mess that up??? The way the gallery was organized before was way better, but I’m working on trying to figure out a better way on the new phone. It does take a little bit of time each time I get a new phone to learn the new features, so I’ll keep trying to figure it out. But so far, it does appear that there is no prescheduling of texts on this style phone, and that hurts 🙁

Updated review – watch for issues with Android Auto with your car – Updated again to tell you that Android Auto has been working issue free for well over a year now. Seems whatever the issue was when the phone first came out is resolved for good so I up’d my rating to 4 stars.

Great phone! – The delivery was fast and in fact ahead of time. The phone itself works great. It has a little bit more wear and tear visible than I would have liked, but it’s acceptable. But, there should have been a wall plug included with the phone and cable in my opinion

No issues, other than major wear and tear – The phone arrived in rough shape, lots of scuffs and scrapes with an aftermarket (eg not Samsung) frame, back glass and battery. The battery had about 800 cycles on it and a service life of 82%. The camera also clicks every time it’s opened and doesn’t start up entirely about 10% of the time. After fixing some of these issues, it’s been a fantastic phone with no complaints for the last 6 months.

Great phone, responsive vendor – This is a very nice phone, which was as expected for a newer Samsung. I’d have given the transaction 5 stars but the vendor sent the wrong charger. However, when contacted, they responded immediately, I mean minutes. After a couple of emails back and forth over less than an hour, they promised to send the correct charger. Unfortunately, a week later, I had to remind them. They again responded immediately and this time sent the charger. A week later we had it. So we are all good.

Very Good Phone – I was skeptical choosing the Samsung S10e but to my suprise it has been a great phone so far. I was a holdout, hanging onto my S5, but some of my apps that I needed would not update due to the OS being too old. The price was great and I had no issues getting it activated. Being unlocked I can jump carriers, if I choose to do so, even from CDMA to GSM. The E version scared me a little, but compared to the S5, it is no comparison. It’s fast, plenty of space and I can add an SD card if I choose to do so like my S5. The wireless charging feature is wonderful and it works even through a case. I like it so much that I’m going to buy a second one for my wife. Overall it has been a great buy, price and function. I know other people that have bought S10’s and S21’s and paid 6 times as much for their phone and they are locked to that carrier and the functions are almost the same. Great phone and the vendor I purchased it from on Amazon was very very good also. The phone was used but looked and functioned as new.

Great phone – I had the S10, which I dropped in the ocean on my last cruise, so I decided to get a (slightly) cheaper model, the S10e. Well, the few things that I hated about the S10 aren’t on the S10e, so I turned out to be an unintentional genius. The fingerprint reader on the glass (S10) hated it. Almost never worked, and could only have like 2 ‘sanctioned’ cases that worked with it. With the S10e, the print reader is back on the power button, where God intended it to be. The camera seems the same as the S10 to me, but I was forced to use my old S4 camera on the cruise, and that camera also looked fine to me, so what do I know? One more plus of this phone (besides that it’s not at the bottom of the ocean) is that it’s a bit smaller, so I no longer look like a pretentious douche holding up my thousand dollar phablet.

Came with a defect – S10e from Samsung fulfilled by Amazon – I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S10e Factory Unlocked Phone with 128GB (U.S. Warranty), Prism Blue which was priced $100 less than retail at $639 then $649 in cart (?). I ordered two. One for myself and the other (Samsung Galaxy S10e Factory Unlocked Phone with 128GB (U.S. Warranty), Prism White) for my mom who lives 3 hrs away. Both phones have a physical defect. The bevel on the front right side of the blue phone has visible damage out the box. I called my mom and she said that her’s has the same damage on both sides. It’s minor damage mind you. But is that why the phone is $100 under MSRP? I was disappointed as this was not disclosed and it’s not indicate that this is a refurbished product. A phone case will cover it up. However, I’m a stickler for brand new items (sans defects) and might have to have it replaced; which is a pain. Mom doesn’t care and is content with her gift.
