Purchase advice :
-
Warranty :
Check the duration of the warranty and also the faults and defects it covers. Is it complete or limited? and What is included in the warranty (parts, repairs or both)?
-
Shipping :
Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)
-
Proof of purchase :
Does the shop give you an invoice ?
-
After-sales service :
Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

Very small but fast – Screen size kind of small but phone and camera work great. Face recognition doesn’t ever work but fingerprint sensor does. Bixby is cool too.

Check carefully that all pieces are there – Came without a sim card. But I like the phone overall, it was just a big hassle to get a sim card afterwards.

Not happy with the seller – Tried to return this after realized it wasn’t working out for me. Did everything necessary for a successful return and feel like I got scammed because it’s been months and I haven’t seen a return.

A great phone BUT… – The phone was great but had to return it. Had a problem getting network access. Since neither Prime, Consumer Cellular nor Samsung would/could resolve the problem, had to resort to a phone sold by Consumer Cellular (to establish network-access accountability). That phone F20S is also great BUT it’s too large & way too expensive for a senior.

Good phone for price – First time using fingerprint love it saves so much time. Battery life is ok still getting used to phone upgraded from Samsung 9 ring tones all different. I like the flat screen easier scrolling

Try another brand – Well it worked fine for a while, but after just a bit more than a year it suddenly stopped getting Internet connectivity through the cell connection. This happened immediately after an OS update. I called Samsung support and they were not helpful. They said I could send the phone in – a process which could take two weeks to two months. Are they nuts? Do they not know that this is 2022 and we don’t like losing our phone for two minutes, much less two weeks to two months? So then they suggested that I could upgrade to the S20e for just $350 or something like that. I’m sorry, but there’s no way I’d buy another Samsung under these conditions. Ever.

Can’t beat it! – I was not sure about this cellphone at first because of the price. But I’m glad I bought it. The cellphone is brand new. It comes in the original sealed case. Cheaper than at best buy or Samsung. Can’t beat it. Very fast delivery as well from the seller.

Works like it suppose to – Love this phone so much that I won’t be upgrading any time soon. Games like a monster and feels premium. But beware though, get a case for this phone!! If you dropped it you are gonna cost yourself a fortune to fix it. So I recommend a durable case that fits and protects the phone all around it. Otherwise highly recommended Grade A+
