      camera not working correctly – The front camera is not clear. Everything is blurry. The back camera is great. There are some other software problems that should work out, but the camera is very important as this was a birthday present for my wife and she uses DUO to reach out to her family and the DUO will not work with this camera.

After doing a manual factory reset, the phone automatically did another when it detected that it had a new SIM card installed. Perfect! So far the phone is working as expected with good battery life & it performs well.
