   Most convenient phone I’ve ever had! – I love this phone. I have enough wall chargers handy to keep the battery up and find the compact design perfect for carrying in my shirt pocket or front trouser pockets. Always gets an interested glance from others. A really nifty phone!

   Buy a phone for $677 one month and 4 months later it’s not working. No satisfaction there! – I didn’t like it not working after only 4 1/2 months later. For $677. I’m not a happy camper. Where’s the Amazon satisfaction guarantee???

   Check your cell phone provider before you buy – I love this phone but my cell phone provider (AT&T) shut down my receiving and calling an told me they had a “glitch” in the system such that wouldn’t work on any phone not purchased from AT&T. I can’t change providers until the first of the year, so I now have my new phone sitting on the table waiting for a service provider that isn’t greedy crooks. Boy will I be glad when I can finally be unshackled from AT&T

   Mildly annoying – Looks like the screen was broken at one point and there is still a line going across the top. Does not affect scrolling or touch screen, just mildly annoying at different angles or bright sun. Phone has also gotten super hot twice. If it continues, it might be sent back.

   Perfect condition! – For the price I was expecting at least a scratch or a dent of some description, but none to be found!! The phone looks and acts as if it just rolled off the assembly line! The phone arrived earlier than expected which was a godsend because I’m leaving for a trip. Overall I am incredibly satisfied. For those that are curious where the phone folds there is a shallow crease in the screen. It’s not anything you’re going to notice unless you’re looking at the phone from an angle, while you can feel it, it’s only really noticeable if you’re actively thinking about it. The hinge has about the same resistance as a laptop hinge, and it feels incredibly robust. Battery life is acceptable, its comparable to my Pixel 4a. The only genuine complaint I have about this phone has nothing to do with the refurbisher but everything to do with Samsung and their software, I’m not personally the biggest fan of Samsung’s bloatware, I prefer stock Android. However you can get a similar experience with a third party launcher, I highly suggest lawnchair2. With minimal effort I was able to get this phone exactly how I wanted it!! In conclusion overall I am incredibly pleased, the seller was phenomenal and the product is in perfect condition.

   No drops, but screen cracked – I’ve never dropped this phone. I’ve had the phone for 1 year and 2 months. I’ve always kept it in a protective case. I have loved the size of this phone. I also like the sense of closure I feel when I close the phone after a call. Having the phone closed keeps me from opening it to waste time and to look at it mindlessly. The camera is not very good. Thee colors are dull and when zoomed out the picture is fish-eyed. Samsung can do much better and should habe put time into developing a better camera.

    Love the finger print recognition…. – I only use Samsung phones, this is a novelty, it folds, and that’s great to have when you need to scoop up your phone and head out, fits great in my suit pocket, I saved a lot of money purchasing it used like new, so far its running great, however there are 2- small green pixels on my screen not happy about that…. I haven’t reached out yet for a replacement….. Phone works great……. FYI no rc jack…. That’s the only disappointment…..
