      Came quick when I was desperate! – I like the sound quality, battery life is great, I don’t know about the face recognition nor the finger print reader as I don’t use either of them.

      Amazon 90 Day Warranty Worthless!!! – Don’t buy this product. The Amazon 90-Day Warranty is worthless!! I returned one that was defective and the agent told me I would get a refund when the product was shipped by UPS. Not only did I not get a refund but when I called to inquire, they told me that the refund would have to be issued by the seller not by Amazon. Nowhere in the warranty statement did it say the refund would be issued by the seller it says Amazon. The agent told me Amazon would refund the money. Essentially the Amazon 90-day warranty is worthless and they don’t stand behind it. I called the seller on many occasions and it’s a cell phone with a voicemail box full. Shame on Amazon for dealing with such irreputable companies. Had I known that Amazon would not stand behind their warranty I would never have purchased it. The Amazon 90-day warranty is worthless. I’ve been a long-time customer with Amazon and even a Prime member essentially what I was told is that even though it says Amazon 90 warranty it’s the seller that has to refund the money. I can’t believe such a large company such as Amazon would essentially lie. Read the warranty for yourself and read what essentially the warranty is and nowhere in there will you find any mention of the third party having to refund or replace the phone. Furthermore, the agent I spoke to (Bethany was rude and uncooperative, they should pull the call). told me that I could escalate it by hanging up and calling back in as well as a few other not niceties. What is going on at Amazon? It seems that after Jeff Bezos left the company everything has gone to hell and they don’t care about their customers.

      Good Value! – Phone is pretty good for the price, I was able to pop in my SD card and boom ready to go!
