Works with AT&T – Doesn’t feel as durable as their previous models that I’ve owned ( Armor 5 & Armor X8 ) few weeks in and it’s working well. Camera quality is good speaker is nice and loud.

Good quality rugged phone but intermittent 5g issues – I’ve had no problems with the ruggedness of this phone or with any software issues. I’m on T-Mobile and 5G does work, but it’s either on their side or the phone’s because sometimes the speed drops, especially when using the hotspot feature.

All that I’ve used before have been Samsung phones and I feel this is just a tick below in quality. No major probs but every once in a while the phone will freeze which means I need to reboot. Best feature is the durability and long battery life. I was looking specifically for a phone compatible with T-Mobile 5g and ran across this one. Would purchase again.

The Armor 11 5G function very fast with 5G service. – The Battery life is great, it would last about 2.5 days of normal use, not heavy use. The screen is very smooth and colorful. I absolutely love the camera and functionality of the phone, and the night vision is awesome! The speed of the phone is one of the best I have seen, even compared to the newest of phones. The screen feels smooth and the ruggedness of the phone is great. ONLY ISSUE: took pictures of my children in the ocean during our snorkeling adventure, never went below 2 feet of water, and the screen slowly crashed after about 3 days time. The company was very quick to offer support on things to try to resolve the issue. Have had the best customer service experience ever, Rosabel has been great and quickly responds.

decent mid grade phone – owned about 3 weeks now. dropped a few times on concrete, in some puddles, and used in rain a good amount. i work outdoors so it comes with the job. as far as daily use its doing as good as my other phones that were in cases this not being in a case, though only time will tell for total durability. 3 weeks isn’t much but looks promising. the display quality was disappointing coming from an iPhone xs. the cameras hardware is pretty good, unfortunately the software to support that is basically junk so its actually a challenge to take a good photo and my standards are pretty low as far as that goes. facial recognition and fingerprint also seem spotty as for function. these are the problems Ive noticed but i’m still using the phone everyday and don’t plan to switch so take that for what it’s worth. basically i thought i was getting a lot more phone than i was paying for based of the data. in reality i got about what i paid for so i cant be mad, it is still a legit phone and one of the very few 5g rugged phones out there. the battery lasts me about a day and a half with heavy use but the wall speed charger it comes with is VERY VERY fast compared to the generic cable i have plugged into my computer that takes forever. nice of them to include that. very solid product for the price, but not the ultimate apex of technology and performance so don’t expect that.
