Does not work for video calling – When my old phone gave out on me (my 6 month old daughter threw it on the tile floor) I decided to get a cheap alternative (just in case she did the same thing again). This phone works great EXCEPT for one major problem – my video calls just do not connect. This is a big issue for me since my husband is away for months at a time and that’s how he gets to see and talk to our daughter. At first I thought the issue was my internet connection but everyone else’s phones make video calls just fine – plus I called the internet company who came and checked out connection. If you do not usually make video calls this phone is great but if this is something that you use often I wouldn’t recommend it.

Bad phone to purchase – This phone sucks!!! I bought it for my son and it freezes up anytime you do anything on it. I tried putting in a SD card to help with storage space but it did nothing for the performance of the phone. All in all I hate this phone.

The phone doesn’t work – This phone is like some tamper with it each time I downloaded apps on it it as issues like shutting Down the apps……is like this phone was giving problems before and they thought they fixed it but the issue remains
