Not good – Bought this phone through Amazon not long ago, still brand new in package and when we went to activate it with red card that comes with and sim number, the representative said that the sims card was not good or no longer, like it expired. Now why send a brand new phone, never opened and the sims card already doesn’t work. I paid alot of money for that phone for my daughter. I was and still am very dissatisfied.

Love this phone except for these two issues – So far so good! There are only two downsides to this phone that I want to share. First, there is only 16 gb of memory to this phone, so I highly recommend buying an sd card to add extra memory that you may need. Second, this phone will not let you move apps to your sd card so you can save memory on your phone. Uh!
